**Job Title:** Experienced Engine Assembler

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engine Assembler to join our team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engine assembly, with experience working in a factory or workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stripping and overhauling engines to the highest standards of quality and safety.
2. Assembling and testing engines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
3. Conducting thorough quality inspections on repaired engines to guarantee customer satisfaction.
4. Assisting in Dyno testing of engines to validate their performance and functionality.
5. Contributing to the implementation of Production Management Systems (ISO 9001) in the factory, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.
6. Preparing and completing job-related documentation, including Control Sheets, Job cards, QC records, and Requisitions.

Requirements:

1. A Trade Test Certificate – Diesel Mechanic from an accredited institution.
2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Engine Assembler in an Engineering Workshop.
3. Proven expertise in assembling various engine makes, including MAN, IVECO, ADE, Mercedes, SCANIA, Volvo, FAW, and others.
