    Description

    Job Title: Vehicle Service Advisor

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to join our team at a leading vehicle dealership.

    Duties:

    • Costing of job cards for vehicles booked into the workshop
    • Processing of warranties
    • Following up on vehicles booked into the workshop
    • Liaising between the client and workshop on progress of vehicles
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction with vehicles serviced

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3-4 years' experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or Aftersales Consultant
    • Experience working within the automotive industry and with a corporate-branded dealership, such as Ford or Hyundai
    • Ability to work under pressure and provide excellent customer service
    • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
    • Valid SA Driver's license
    • Clear criminal record

    Estimated Salary: R250,000 - R350,000 per annum
