Audit Senior/Assistance Audit Manager needed in Benoni
Salary: R R30 000

Minimum requirements:

• Completed Finance degree
• Key Responsibilities:  
• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion. 
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS for SME's.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Supervise, mentor, and train junior audit staff.
• Identify and communicate audit findings, risks, and recommendations to clients.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies.
• Assist in the preparation of management letters and other client reports.
• Support business development by building strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards (IFRS for SME's).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software (Caseware and Draftworx) preferred
• Client-focused mindset with professionalism and integrity
• Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
