    Customer Support Agent

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer support agent to join our team at YesPlay. As a customer support agent, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient customer service to our customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide telephonic assistance/guidance to customers as requested.
    • Respond to customer reviews, queries and complaints through various channels.
    • Keep customers informed and updated on the status of their queries/requests.
    • Prepare well-formulated and professional responses to customer inquiries.

    Requirements:

    • Previous customer support experience: 3 to 5 years required
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

    Working Conditions:

    This is a full-time position with rotational morning and evening shifts between 7 am and 7 am the following morning, Monday to Sunday and public holidays. Compensation in terms of the BCEA are applicable for night shifts, over-time, public holidays and Sundays.

    Compensation:

    R64.00 per hour (probation) | R64.00 per hour + 30% KPI performance bonus (post probation)

    Location:

    80 Strand street, Cape Town
