J42- Junior Executive - Sales

  • Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting tradeins; meeting prospects; greeting dropins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Qualifies buyers by understanding buyers requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various Tata models.
  • Explaining characteristics, capabilities, features, warranties, service availability and taking test drives.
  • Working out finance arrangements, including cash payments and car loans
  • Maintain an up to date customer list
  • Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.

Your Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provides sales management information by completing reports.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
  • Completing related paperwork and predelivery inspections
  • Keeping existing and potential customers informed about new vehicles and sales deals
  • Seek to constantly improve knowledge of vehicles, financing products, warranties and accessories, as well as gain an understanding of consumer protection legislation as it affects new car retail sales.
  • Attend all training courses required to carry out your job role and continued development within the Group.
  • Any other job that may be given from time to time
