Job Description
- Novus Print: Montague Gardens is seeking to appoint a detailed conscious Clerical Assistant to assist with general administration within the Despatch department.The successful incumbent will report the Manager : Despatch
Key Duties and Responsibilities - Enhance and drive distribution documentation ( Delivery Notes/ POD's) to be available electronically
- Saving documentation onto the cloud methodically for easy access
- Final checks and compliance of documentation as per business requirements
- Liasing, providing & improving documentation support internally & externally
- Reporting on outstanding documentation and managing special documentation needs for certain customers
- Assist with basic administrative duties/projects
Educational Requirements - Grade 12 or equivalent
- Tertiary qualification will be highly advantageous
- Certificate in computing will be advantageous
Experience Requirements - 1- 2 years' working experience in a same or similar role within a FMCG environment
Skills and Competencies - Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong administrative abilities
- Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
- Highly organised and flexible
- Intermediate skill level in MS Office packages
- Strong background on computer processes and applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
