Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar sales role within the hospitality industry.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Familiarity with market trends and social media platforms.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Create promotional materials and marketing campaigns to attract new clientele.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Promote the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
• Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of potential and existing clients.
• Prepare sales proposals highlighting the company's best features and qualities.
• Monitor and improve customer service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Set annual sales budgets, reports, and forecasts.
• Implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
