    Job Description:

    The primary purpose of this role is to support the overall responsibility for the Southgate Shopping Centre, ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.

    To manage marketing agencies effectively, maximizing the execution of portfolio KPIs in the best interest of respective properties and their tenants.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning: Support the formulation of a comprehensive Shopping Centre Marketing and Communication Strategy, executed within scope, budget, and stipulated timelines.
    • Marketing Agency Management: Efficiently manage supply chains and relationships with marketing agencies deployed across retail properties.
    • Non-GLA Activities: Oversee and manage all Non-Gross Leasable Area activities.
    • Centre Marketing Budgets: Compile and manage centre marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
    • Market Research: Oversee the execution of market research on various properties as required.
    • Policies and Procedures: Assist in the formulation of policies and terms of reference documents related to stakeholder relationship management.
    • Tenant and Customer Relationships: Maintain solid relationships with tenants and customers through strategic relationship management activities.
    • Tenant Interaction Strategy: Assist in the development of a tenant interaction strategy.
    • New Marketing Opportunities: Oversee proposal compilation for new marketing opportunities (development marketing).
    • Marketing Agency Performance: Oversee and manage appointed marketing agencies on retail sites through performance management processes.
    • Digital Marketing Platforms: Oversee the management of the centre's digital marketing platforms.

    Requirements:

    • Qualifications: Marketing degree or equivalent qualification.
    • Experience: 5-7 years of marketing experience and 5-7 years of management experience.
