    Become a leading sales professional in short-term insurance by joining our team as a Business Development Consultant.

    Your Key Objectives:

    • Achieve and exceed sales targets in motor and household insurance
    • Build and maintain client relationships through expert advice and needs analysis
    • Develop innovative lead generation strategies to drive growth
    • Sales and prospecting expertise with strong negotiation skills
    • Risk assessment and problem-solving abilities

    We Are Looking for:

    • MATRIC/Grade 12 + FAIS Credits qualification
    • FAIS Regulatory examination (RE5) passed
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in short-term insurance sales
    • Own transport and valid driver's license
    • Proven track record of commission earnings

    Remuneration and Benefits:

    • R350 monthly tech allowance
    • Laptop and cell phone provided
    • Access to medical aid and pension fund

    What You Can Expect:

    • Target: 10 quotes per week, 8.5 policies per month
    • Ongoing learning opportunities on products and industry trends
    • Compliance with insurance regulations and ethics

    Estimated Salary: R500,000 - R700,000 per annum based on title, job description, and location.
