My client is looking for a hands-on Training Manager for their group of luxury restaurants and hotels.


Role responsibilities include:

  • Managing onthejob training interventions on the restaurant floors and in the hotels
  • Assessing skills gaps and designing and implementing a training plan to address the gaps
  • Management of the group training app to ensure engagement across all platforms
  • Managing statutory training reports
  • Ensuring staff are trained well across all levels (from management to runner)
  • Have a strong restaurant operations background in a 5* or luxury hospitality environment
  • Have at least 4 years training experience
  • Have a training qualification (not a necessity, but advantageous)
  • Be extremely presentable and well spoken
  • Have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Be a people's person who is passionate about growing people
  • Understand luxury
