  • 5 years retail experience with at least 3 years in a similar role.

  • MS office (Advanced in excel)

  • Operations management

  • Adhoc meetings to meet client KPI'S /expectation
  • Meeting in the trade on a weekly basis and oversee trade visit preparation.
  • Excellent operational skill
  • Being in the trade to assist reps transfer of learning
  • Customer returns management alongside Logistics company
  • Store visits with staff ensuring trade operational SOP's maintained
