- Diploma in Business Management
- 5 years retail experience with at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Ability to understand financial data.
- Experience managing client accounts.
- Experience managing large teams.
- MS office (Advanced in excel)

- Operations management

- Meeting in the trade on a weekly basis and oversee trade visit preparation.
- Excellent operational skill
- Being in the trade to assist reps transfer of learning
- Customer returns management alongside Logistics company
- Store visits with staff ensuring trade operational SOP's maintained
