Minimum skills, knowledge, experience required:

Grade 1
Diploma in Business Management
5 years retail experience with at least 3 years in a similar role.
Ability to understand financial data.
Experience managing client accounts.
Experience managing large teams.
MS office (Advanced in excel)

Meeting in the trade on a weekly basis and oversee trade visit preparation.

Being in the trade to assist reps transfer of learning
Customer returns management alongside Logistics company
Store visits with staff ensuring trade operational SOP's maintained
