Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at the Hair Clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in client consultations and cold calling.

The Sales Consultant will play a key role in promoting our services, including PRP treatments, Hair implants, hair loss solutions, and Aesthetic treatments, to potential clients.

This is an internal sales role and will be office-based.


Working hours:
Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Cold call potential clients to introduce our services and schedule appointments
• Provide information about our services, pricing, and promotions to interested clients
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with the medical team and other staff members to coordinate appointments and treatments
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the clinic

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in conducting client consultations and cold calling
• Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry, particularly in PRP treatments, Hair implants, and hair loss solutions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
