Hospitality Payroll experience essential (non-negotiable). Proficiency in PaySpace payroll software. Detailed knowledge of PAYE and regulations. Minimum 5 yeears payroll exprience. Detail orientated and meticulous. Good planner. Organised. Good communicator. Strong problem-solver. High stress tolerance.

  • Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements.
  • Processing payrolls for multiple properties with the group with a staff compliment of 600+ employees
  • Ensuring payroll is processed
  • Review and improve current payroll policies and proceedures
  • Managing and setting up payroll systems for new companies and properties, including international
  • On time submission of thirdparty payroll payments to ensure adheerence to deadlines
  • Reconciling and loading payments to benefit funds such as UIF, COID, Medical Aid, Retirement funds
  • SARS submisions
  • Compiling monthly salary journal and esnure that journal total balance to payroll control totals and process
  • Managing payroll administrator
