Description

Hospitality Payroll experience essential (non-negotiable). Proficiency in PaySpace payroll software. Detailed knowledge of PAYE and regulations. Minimum 5 yeears payroll exprience. Detail orientated and meticulous. Good planner. Organised. Good communicator. Strong problem-solver. High stress tolerance.

Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements.
Processing payrolls for multiple properties with the group with a staff compliment of 600+ employees
Ensuring payroll is processed
Review and improve current payroll policies and proceedures
Managing and setting up payroll systems for new companies and properties, including international
On time submission of thirdparty payroll payments to ensure adheerence to deadlines
Reconciling and loading payments to benefit funds such as UIF, COID, Medical Aid, Retirement funds
SARS submisions
Compiling monthly salary journal and esnure that journal total balance to payroll control totals and process
Managing payroll administrator
