    Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Assistant Role

    We are a renowned fragrance, cosmetics, and personal care brand seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Assistant to join our innovative Marketing team in Pinetown.

    Key Responsibilities:

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

    • Creating visually appealing graphics, editing video content, and developing branding, marketing, and product training materials (websites, brochures, banners, infographics, posters, social media posts, etc.) that align with our brand identity.
    • Designing impactful materials that meet our brand standards.

    Digital Marketing Support:

    The successful applicant will also assist with:

    • Crafting engaging email newsletters.
    • Scheduling social media content.
    • Proofreading design content.
    • Creating captions for social media.
    • Responding to social media comments when necessary.
    • Uploading content to backend systems.

    Requirements:

    To be considered for this role, you will need:

    • Strong graphics, graphic design, and branding skills.
    • Experience in creating visually appealing designs.
    • A deep understanding of design principles and techniques.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro).
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
    • Superb written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
    • The capacity to multitask and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced atmosphere.
    • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field.
    • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms and other editing software.
    • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
