Description

An experienced Accommodation Reservationist is sought to join the team of this very well-established, renowned 5* Lodge in East London.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for accommodation bookings
  • Determines guests' needs and quotes the appropriate room and rate as per requirements.
  • Books reservations with the most accurate information to ensure exceeding guests' expectations.
  • Has a general understanding of Groups including cutoff dates, blocking, and booking policies and procedures.
  • Acts in accordance with the standards, conform to the policies and procedures the company
  • High communication skills verbal and written. Perfect use of English
  • Cooperates, coordinates, and communicates with all other departments to ensure the highest level of Guest service is maintained and the maximum profit is generated.
  • Ensures knowledge of all facilities, services, and hours of operation to respond confidently and effectively to inquiries.
  • Consistently demonstrates a commitment to personal Guest Service excellence and profitably through special duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all Standards as well as SOP's for their role

Requirements:


  • Must have previous Accommodation Reservations experience within a 4 / 5* hotel
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Computer literate
  • Attention to detail
  • Sales driven
