WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

For our Somerset West office (Western Cape, South Africa), we're looking for a Paid Search Specialist with a minimum of 2+ years of experience working with paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads & Microsoft Ads.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage campaign setup, monitor conversiondriven performance metrics, A/B testing, and reporting across digital channels.
Manage paid search, shopping, display, video and performance max campaigns.
Work closely with the Marketing Director to formulate clientspecific strategies for all paid conversionorientated media as well as brand awareness media.
Perform daily and weekly account checks and independently taking steps to improve campaign performance.
Monitor industry best practices and trends to identify new campaign opportunities to drive improved results ensuring a profitable ROI on all assigned clients.
Manage allocated budgets, ensuring not to overspend or underspend
Create reports that provide insight and value to clients.
Maintain certifications recommended by the company to develop your profile.
Follow strict Quality Assurance processes to deliver errorfree work and to ensure all campaigns are running as intended.

ATTRIBUTES, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum 2+ years working directly on Google Ads.
Proven track record of analysing data and trends to continually optimise media campaigns for efficient ROI
Understanding of Google Analytics (GA4 Advantageous).
Attention to detail, problemsolving and time management skills, an analytical mindset, and able to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Shopify E-Commerce Platform would be advantageous.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
A team player with exceptional organisational and technical skills.
Attention to detail.
