Costing Clerk - Automotive
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Costing Clerk to join our car dealership.
Criteria:
- Matric certificate.
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Costing Clerk

Must have dealer management system experience i.e. Evolve
:
- Solid understanding of automotive industry processes, including vehicle acquisitions, sales, service, and repairs.
- Must have a driver's license and own vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Costing: Calculate the costs associated with purchasing vehicles, including acquisition fees, transportation fees, and optional equipment costs. Verify and record all costs accurately in the dealership's accounting system.
- Sales Cost Analysis: Analyze the cost associated with each vehicle sale, including incentives, tradein values, commissions, warranties, and financing charges. Ensure that all costs are accurately allocated and recorded.
- Service and
Repair Costing:
Calculate and record the costs related to service and repair jobs, including parts, labor, and any additional charges. Work closely with the Service Department to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile and validate financial transactions related to vehicle costing, sales, and service. Ensure that inventory records match accounting records, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

R20, R26,000.00 per month

- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
