Internet Cafe Assistant


Location:
Kaalfontein/ Ebony Park/ Ivory Park in Midrand


Job Type:
Full-time


Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers using computers and internet services.
• Manage and maintain café equipment and software.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure the café is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Promote café services and special offers to customers.

Requirements:

• Grade12 or equivalent
• Working days: 6 days, 1 day off
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and internet services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
• Basic understanding of internet practices.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Preferably some one who reside around Kaalfontein, Ebony Park or Ivory Park unless you are willing to relocate. (Job is in township not in town)

• Kaalfontein, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

• Any 2 or 3 South African Languages (preferred)
