Description

The incumbent will oversee the manufacturing process within the company and to ensure the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.

Plan workers' schedules, estimate costs and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines.

Working together with supervisors and top management, to ensure that products are manufactured to a certain quality standard and adheres to other safety/industry-related regulations.

Role:

Ensure the target productivity level is achieved on a daily basis.
Oversee employees in the manufacturing facility to ensure safe, efficient, and effective productivity.
Reduces expenses and increases productivity across all product lines.
Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
Set clear and profitable production goals and effectively communicate them to key personnel.
Prepares the daily production report accurately, timely, and completely.
Timely communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management.
Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.
Ensure daily optimum staffing levels.
Complies with established company work rules, policies, and procedures.
Actively engages with other members of the company to continuously strive to improve processes, create efficiencies, reduce cost, and increase profitability.
Cooperatively takes on other duties, roles, or responsibilities, as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

10+ years' experience in manufacturing operations.
5+ years' experience in a production management role.
National Diploma/ bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any relevant production/ manufacturing field.
Indepth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations.
