    Job Title: Head of Finance - Costing

    A high-level finance professional is required to lead the costing function in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial management and decision-making through effective analysis, reporting, and controls.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain accurate costing methodologies and principles across all cost models.
    • Review key assumptions and inputs relating to Cost Pools, Activity drivers, Volumes, and TP Service results to ensure accuracy.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify cost model refinements and updates, ensuring outputs are valid, sensible, reliable, and accurate.
    • Create meaningful expense reports across segments and product areas using multiple financial source systems and Microsoft applications.
    • Provide insightful analysis and reports to relevant stakeholders, adhering to quality standards regarding information and schedules.
    • Solve complex business questions by understanding unit costs to serve and sell across multiple products and channels.

    Requirements:

    • 8-10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the financial services industry, with key financial costing experience and knowledge.
    • Professional qualifications or honours degree in a relevant field.
    • Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.

    Estimated Salary: R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum
