    Job Title: General Manager – Logistics & Freight Forwarding

    Lead the establishment of a new logistics division in South Africa, shaping the future of end-to-end logistics solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Biznss Growth & Market Expansion:
      • Identify new business opportunities in logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions.
      • Develop and present compelling business cases that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
      • Position the company as a market leader in door-to-door logistics solutions.
    2. Operational Setup & Optimization:
      • Oversee the establishment of logistics operations, including warehousing, trucking, and intermodal solutions.
      • Build and manage a reliable network of partners to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
      • Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    3. Intermodal & Cross-Border Solutions:
      • Develop and implement innovative multimodal transport solutions tailored to customer needs.
      • Navigate South Africa's regulatory landscape and cross-border trade complexities.
      • Ensure operational compliance with all national and international regulations.
    4. Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, port authorities, transport providers, and key industry stakeholders.
      • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering customized logistics solutions.
      • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring win-win partnerships that drive long-term success.
