    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee performance marketing strategies aligned with Momentum Insure's goals, serving as a bridge between teams to ensure cohesive programs.
    • Business Performance: Drive growth through innovative strategies, identify market expansion opportunities, and optimize digital investments.
    • Performance Excellence: Define and monitor KPIs, ROAS, and other metrics; ensure campaign tracking and insights reporting; leverage media and attribution frameworks to improve lead quality and costs.

    Requirements: A post-graduate degree/Honors in Business Management, Marketing, or Behavioral Sciences, and 12+ years' brand and marketing experience within the financial services industry.

    Competencies:

    • Accountability, client focus, results orientation, flexibility, attention to detail, proactivity, service delivery, and stakeholder management.

    Success Metrics: Commercial success (lead generation, cost-per-acquisition, media efficiency, revenue contribution), team performance (growth, capability maturity, retention), client impact (conversion rates, campaign lift, retention, pipeline influence), operational hygiene (campaign launches, budget management, platform compliance), and knowledge retention (build a repository of SOPs and operational documentation).
