  • Ensures the process runs according to deadlines and budget together with the Project Manager​
  • Attempts initial value add / insights at each stage (development area)​
  • Develops basic Solutions knowledge​
  • Ensures integration of information from multiple sources where applicable and available​
  • Conducts desk research to add value to all reports / presentations and assist the client in understanding the South African market
  • Education:

  • School: Matric
  • A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Arts or Business is essential (an honors degree would be an advantage)
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' Market research agency experience in client facing role
  • Thorough knowledge of the service line's core research
  • Strong innovative research and analytic skills.
  • Quantitative experience
  • Business Acumen – business leader, entrepreneurial, financial perspective
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • General good people management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with the MS Office package
  • Ability to learn other software packages
