Conference Duty Manager - Cape Town, South Africa - The Roberts Connexion
Description
Conference Duty manager needed for a 4* property.Job scope:
- Ensure that everything on the Conference floor is in tip top condition from the tissue box being in the ladies bathroom to the setup of the am/pm break refreshments and snacks on the tables outside each venue, ensuring that a round table cloth is not used on a square table, etc, etc.
- Oversee the floor and that everything runs smoothly, attending to clients and ensuring that all need/requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Matric with a hospitality qualification advantageous
- Extensive experience in running Conferencing & Events
- Strong administration skills
- Experience running other F&B areas as well
- Well groomed, professional, presentable with great communication skills
- Must be able to work shifts as and when needed, own car preferred.

Salary:
R15,000.00 per month
