- Bachelor's Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
- 1-3 years of relevant post-education experience
- Working knowledge of engineering analysis, design, and practices
- Familiarity with relevant structural and civil construction laws, codes, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements
- Familiarity with discipline-specific design software (e.g., MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, LARSA, STAAD)
- Data-driven mindset with excellent mathematical skills
- Good communication ability (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Membership in the Institute of Structural Engineering is preferred

Description
RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Engineer to join our client's team. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring that structures are safe and strong. You will work both in the office, where you will design and plan project details, and on-site, where you will provide technical advice to construction workers.
Successful candidates for this role should have hands-on experience using various construction methods and materials, as well as advanced knowledge of AutoCAD. Strong project management and analytical skills are also required.
