    We are seeking a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to lead our market-based team as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will attract passionate individuals who share our mission of making a difference.

    You will drive efficient recruitment processes aligned with our goals and values. Your expertise will help build a resilient, innovative team.

    As part of a carbon-negative organization that prioritizes social impact and environmental responsibility, you will lead recruitment strategies that drive M-KOPA's continued growth and success. This role offers both impact and reward as you help shape our future.

    This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work within the UTC-1/UTC+3 time zone with a diverse group of employees working remotely and in-office from locations across Africa, the UK, and Europe. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition. Regular time in our Nairobi HQ will be invaluable, along with occasional travel to our operations in locations such as South Africa, Nigeria, Uganda, etc.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles

    • Drive efficient recruitment processes aligned with our goals and values

    • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders

    • Manage candidate experience and ensure a smooth onboarding process

    • Lead recruitment teams and develop their skills to deliver local and global solutions and projects

    Requirements:

    • Extensive recruitment experience, preferably managing high-volume environments and scaling consistency

    • Strong stakeholder management, team development, and communication skills

    • Ability to refine recruitment processes and implement innovative strategies

    • Familiarity with HR systems and tools

    • Previous recruitment agency success is highly desirable
