A leading retail company is looking for a Workforce Management Specialist to be based in Cape Town.

To configure, manage, develop and maintain our Workforce Management tools through integration and collaboration with Head Office and Logistics stakeholders.

Integrate with business representatives to understand new business requirements and develop Business Requirement Specifications with the outside vendor.
Design and deliver an easy to use tool that enables better service and increases profitability.
Give input into and assist with design and documentation of system specifications.
Develop process and systems test plans as per business specification.
Create and establish test environment and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide input into policies, process, and procedures for the Workforce management system.
Provide input into the system implementation for enhancements and new releases.
