Finance Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller to join our dynamic team in East Africa.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Managing all accounting functions, including ledger management, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.
Preparing accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring they comply with regulations and standards.
Developing and monitoring the organization's budget, ensuring adherence and identifying variances.
Establishing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Facilitating external and internal audits.
Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and tax obligations.
Supervising the accounting team.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

A BCom Accounting post-grad degree and/or CA articles.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in financial management.
