    Description
    Is to attend to customer queries, collect outstanding Debt, process financial transactions and perform administration tasks

    Requirements:

    1-3 years experience in debtors: debt collector or call centre agent
    Knowledge of Excel
    Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 with Mathematics / Accounting
    Knowledge of Google Mail (Gmail)
    Knowledge of Open Office
    Knowledge of Internet
    Computer skills
    Communication Skills
    Strong Work Ethic
    Typing Skills
    Teamwork Skills
    Numerical Reasoning Skills

    Advantageous:

    1-3 years experience in Medical environment.
    Knowledge of the Meditech system
    Diploma in Accounting / Administration / Finance / Customer Care / Call Centre


    Key Responsibilities:
    Allocate, process and reconcile patient, medical aid, client and company payments, and process list enquiries to ensure correct processing on accounts
    Perform administrative tasks to ensure accurate record keeping
    Compile reports to provide feedback to management
    Maintain good client relations via In / Out bound calls
    Collect outstanding debt in order to achieve the departmental targets
