    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our airline customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Deal with customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused approach.
    • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
    • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent.
    • 1-4 years of experience in a call center environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Valid Covid-19 vaccination card.
    • Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in CRM software.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
