Job purpose:

We are seeking a skilled Google Ads specialist to join our team.

As a Google Ads specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our clients' Google Ads campaigns, ensuring they are optimised for maximum ROI.

You will work closely with our client service managers to understand client's business objectives and translate them into effective advertising campaigns.

Your work will play a critical role in driving our client's business growth.


Key responsibilities:

Technical/analytical
Develop and implement effective Google Ads campaigns that align with clients' business goals.
Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy that is compelling and relevant to the target audience.
Monitor and optimise campaigns to improve performance and ensure maximum ROI.
Continuously test and refine ad copy, landing pages and bidding strategies.
Conduct regular reporting and analysis to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools and techniques in Google Ads and implement them in campaigns as appropriate.
Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure campaign objectives are met.
Communicate campaign performance effectively to clients and provide recommendations for improvement.


Requirements:


  • /- Three years' experience as a PPC Specialist.
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a track record of delivering results.
Ability to manage and pace advertising budgets effectively.
In-depth knowledge of the Google Ads platform and associated tools (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Keyword Planner, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign performance and recommendations to clients.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio is a plus.
Relevant Google Ads certifications required.
