Job purpose:


Requirements:


  • Knowledge of training planning, design and delivery processes, tools, techniques and methodologies, attendance management (scheduling, advancement, etc.),rewards and recognition systems, wellness and retention strategies
  • Experience with change management processes and the change management policies affecting your organization or project.
  • Knowledge of how to prepare, conduct and deliver training using a variety of learning technologies, including interactive courses, screenbased training and whiteboard content.
  • Skills assessment to identify baseline skills
  • Training infrastructure assessment
  • Training and performance support plan
  • Support management of the design, develop /customize training materials for virtual and facetoface learning
  • Support management of the design, develop/customize digital materials
  • Support the preparation and test training environment and training platform
  • Partner with local learning leaders to schedule training
  • Upskill trainer and performance support personnel
  • Ensure training evaluations take place and monitor training effectiveness and attendance

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field required
  • 10 years' experience of L&D
  • Stakeholder relationships and management
  • Training solution design and Training development
  • Capability and skills assessment
  • Project management
  • Issue and risk management
  • Quality management
