Job purpose:
Requirements:
- Knowledge of training planning, design and delivery processes, tools, techniques and methodologies, attendance management (scheduling, advancement, etc.),rewards and recognition systems, wellness and retention strategies
- Experience with change management processes and the change management policies affecting your organization or project.
- Knowledge of how to prepare, conduct and deliver training using a variety of learning technologies, including interactive courses, screenbased training and whiteboard content.
- Skills assessment to identify baseline skills
- Training infrastructure assessment
- Training and performance support plan
- Support management of the design, develop /customize training materials for virtual and facetoface learning
- Support management of the design, develop/customize digital materials
- Support the preparation and test training environment and training platform
- Partner with local learning leaders to schedule training
- Upskill trainer and performance support personnel
- Ensure training evaluations take place and monitor training effectiveness and attendance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field required
- 10 years' experience of L&D
- Stakeholder relationships and management
- Training solution design and Training development
- Capability and skills assessment
- Project management
- Issue and risk management
- Quality management
