    Customer Service Receptionist

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Receptionist to join our team in Edenvale.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the switchboard and front desk of the office, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
    • Assist with managing the customer ordering process, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient service is provided each time an order is placed or an enquiry is made.
    • Handle customer queries, complaints, and credit requests in a timely and effective manner.
    • Process orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of productivity and quality.
    • Reconcile orders from various systems, including EPS, Surgitrack, and Orderwise.
    • Prepare monthly reports and maintain accurate records.

    Requirements:

    • MATRIC (Grade 12) certificate
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position, with excellent telephone technique and attention to detail.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
    • Organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook and Excel.

    The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. We offer a competitive salary of R 35,000 - R 50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
