Description

Provide support to the General Manage and other departments as a Business Partner

Represent the finance department on EXCO level

Provide in-depth financial analysis

Develop and implement financial strategy to increase profitability

Provide secondary support for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and job costing

Coordinate and finalize all audit and tax engagements within set timelines

Prepare annual and quarterly budgets and forecasts

Manage Capex projects and calculate return on investments

Manage working capital requirements and associate reporting

Prepare monthly cashflow forecasts

Review and maintain compliance with internal controls and identify areas for improvement

Ensure timely finalization of monthly results in line with corporate guidelines

Prepare annual labour/machine rates

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years experience in Manufacturing and FMCG experience non-negotiable

Excellent Excel skills

Good time management and communication skills

Qualification:

CA(SA)

OR

CIMA fully qualified, i.e. ACMA, CGMA
