    Sales Representative

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of tile products, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

    • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers entering the shop.
    • Refer or escort customers to the showroom upstairs and provide them with the required application and technical information.
    • Use sales and marketing techniques to influence customers to purchase Malls products.
    • Make out orders and advise customers of the process.
    • Follow-up with customers who require samples or measurements.

    Maintain a neat and clean sales area at all times to create a positive impression.

    Ensure that personal appearance is immaculate at all times to project a positive sales and company image.

    This role involves working Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00), Saturdays (08:00 - 15:00), and alternate Sundays (09:00 - 14:00).

    Requirements:

    • Matric qualification.
    • Computer literacy.
    • Previous experience in the building supply industry (advantageous).
    • Excellent customer service and selling skills.
    • Tile product knowledge (advantageous).
    • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
    • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Excellent time-keeping and work ethic/attendance record.

    Salary:

    R5,000.00 basic salary plus commission.
