  • You have a clear understanding of the amended B-BBEE codes and their direct impact on enterprise & supplier development
  • You have an understanding of business landscape with specific reference to the target market
  • You have executive presence
  • You are an authentic and engaging communicator with strong presentation skills
  • You have the ability to work well within a small team

What's the role?

You will be responsible for:


  • Establish and build trust, maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle through to closure
  • Develop and manage relationships within Enterprise & Supplier Development, Procurement and Transformation departments
  • Identify and understand our clients' business challenges, needs and aspirations in socioeconomic, enterprise and supplier development and be able to articulate these challenges
  • Collaborate with the team to develop solutions for our clients
  • Plan, develop & own the relationships with key accounts to identify opportunities and strategies to win new or further business from these customers
  • Manage the sales pipeline and the commercial impact of sales on the overall financial position of the company
  • Represent the company brand in the market via speaker, point of view development and networking events to identify new leads and strategic partners for the company

  • Matric
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification
  • 5+ years of sales and commercial experience including maintaining a sales pipeline, forecast and financial reporting
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel essential
  • Intercultural awareness and experience
  • Experience working in or with multinational organisations
