Introduction


Our client, a leading short-term lending company that supports SMME's and Entrepreneurs with funding based in Sandton is looking for a Fund Support Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Overseeing coordinating project activities.
  • Managing project schedules.
  • Management of project assignments and managing the team.


  • Quality Assurance

  • Adherence to quality control standards and compliance.


  • Reports

  • Measure and report on project performance.


  • Governance

  • Ensure conformance to Company's project management processes by all project team members.


  • Budget

  • Record project expenses and produce financial reports and forecasts.
Desired Experience & Qualification

  • NQF level 6 qualification.

Years relevant experience in similar position or in banking as an Assistant Manager / Branch Manager / Banking Manager.

Years Management experience.

  • Project management experience or qualification will be advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle pressure (deadline driven).
  • Efficient customer liaison on all levels.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Own vehicle.

Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

Branch Manager: 3 years (preferred)
