    We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Paarl. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.



    Job Summary:



    The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering data into our database accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.



    Responsibilities:




    • Enter data into our database accurately and efficiently

    • Ensure accuracy of data entry

    • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures

    • Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data

    • Update existing data

    • Retrieve data as requested



    Requirements:




    • Proven data entry work experience

    • Typing speed and accuracy

    • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)

    • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices

    • Basic understanding of databases

    • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills

    • High school diploma or equivalent
