Experience/ Qualifications:

years of recruitment/ sales experience in a fast-paced environment.

Matric + tertiary qualification in HR/Sales/ equivalent.
Highly proficient in MS Office 365 (incl. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook and MS Word).
Highly competitive, ambitious, and resultsdriven, with the confidence and tenacity to excel within a targetdriven environment.
Confident, articulate, and an excellent communicator.

Duties

Full 360 role
strong emphasis on business development

Sourcing of new clients and job specs.
Placing vacancies on all relevant platforms for optimal visibility.
Source and screen CV's for vacant positions to be filled.
Managing the interview process.
Following company and recruitment processes including conducting reference checks according to individual job requirements.
Client visits.
Maintain and manage the recruitment database/folder.
Work on multiple positions at once.
Able to work 100% remotely and manage your time effectively.
