    Product Manager SSVP and SVP (POS24352)

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to promote the use of our company's products among targeted specialists in the specified therapeutic area. This role requires building rapport with specialists, nursing staff, and pharmacists.

    Requirements:

    • Science degree or diploma.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a hospital or specialist setting within the anesthetic arena.
    • Strong understanding of anesthetics and pain management in the clinical environment.
    • Established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the JHB North territory.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement programs and strategies to target the relevant customer base.
    • Facilitate and generate orders from customers.
    • Achieve all established sales objectives and measure performance against those objectives.
    • Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
    • Plan and organize the territory to achieve optimal results.
    • Stay aware of market trends and competitor activity.
    • Research, analyze, plan, and recommend new business opportunities.
    • Manage budgets and expenses effectively.
    • BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY ACCOUNTS INCLUDING HOSPITALS, SPECIALISTS, PHARMACISTS, AND NURSING STAFF.
    • Arrange Continuing Medical Education (CME) meetings, congresses, etc.
    • Handle administrative responsibilities.
