Control Room Operators Wanted - Alarm + CCTV
We are looking for someone who has worked inside an actual security/emergency control room or call centre.

PSIRA Grace C - Currently Registered (Ensure your Certificate is attached as PDF)
Fluent in English (Able to Read, Speak and Write at First Language level - You will be speaking to clients and ALL work is done in English on computer.)
Experience working in a control room or call centre (Minimum 2 years).

*Actual experience refers to having held these duties in past work experience.

Alarm Monitoring Experience (Minimum 1 year) - Preferred but not essential.

Able to work shifts (Monday to Sunday. Day and Night Shifts included)
Experience in MS Word, Outlook and intermediate PC literacy and typing skills.

Typing and call taking will be evaluated during the interview process.

CV - Your CV must be in sequence listing current and past positions held along with actual start and end dates and reasons for leaving.

Salary:
R7, R8,140.00 per month
