Over the years, they have diversified into providing 24/7 multilingual contact centre solutions to global names in aviation, telecommunication, retail and finance.

Requirements:
- Fluent in German (B
- C2)Flexibility to work shiftsPrevious customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities-Create customer confidence and develop the appropriate solutions to increase customer satisfactionActively support the improvement of our customer serviceProcessing and taking ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environmentProcessing pertinent information into relevant databasesHandling and taking full responsibility for customer related queriesMake outgoing calls and execute outbound campaigns to identified customers, e.g. welcome calls, failed purchases, etc.
Performing extra tasks given by managers / shift supervisors as required
