- Minimum of 2-4 years Automotive industry experience.
- Btech / Batchelors degree in Engineering, electrical or mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Technical Proficient in Microsoft office, Ladder Logic Siemens Step 7; Siemens TIA; Allen Bradley Rockwell.
- Requires experience in mechanical installation and maintenance work on plant electrical systems and equipment.
- Requires a broad knowledge of controls and mechanisms . Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, design, and optimization of systems.
- Excellent problem solving, decision making and planning skills.
- The ability to work in a team environment, which includes being self-motivated, accepting responsibilities, completing assigned action items, and participating in a proactive manner in all team events.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Performing and documenting control system testing, design and develop components, troubleshooting issues with control systems.
- Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
- Confer with vendors, staff, and management personnel regarding purchases, procedures, product specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and project status.
- Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency.
- Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
- Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards.
