REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Excellent Events experience with a strong corporate history within the luxury brand environment
  • Very good relationship skills
  • Extremely well organized
  • Transparency and flexibility
  • Ensure efficiency across all touchpoints
  • This person should be entrusted by local management to make decisions and act quickly daily

DUTIES

  • Collaborate closely with key Exhibition stakeholders and ensure fluidity of communication facilitating global and local overall exchanges by identifying the right expert for each topic
  • Actively engaging with teams to create a regional HUB and amplify project efforts with a dedicated plan
  • Manage the workstream hosting program with local sales teams and guests
  • Assist local teams to develop all local collaterals trade partners menu, inserts, flyers etc.
  • Manage the upstream as well as the daily operations with running agency
  • Coordinate boutique and restaurant inventory supplies, setup with running agency and caterer
  • Coordinate furniture needs and staff outfits
  • Coordinate events planning and internal site visits during setup and running
  • Manage with local team for staff recruitment & training requirements venue manager, brand ambassadors, boutique and restaurant, security etc

Salary:
R negotiable dependent on experience
