    Be a key contributor to Curro's educational excellence by joining our team as an experienced Curriculum Lead.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Management:
      • Oversee the development and implementation of innovative curriculum initiatives, ensuring timely and effective completion.
      • Develop and execute project plans, setting clear objectives, milestones, and resource allocation.
      • Cultivate collaboration with stakeholders, including teachers, subject experts, and external partners.
      • Maintain progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
    • Curriculum Leadership and Development:
      • Provide expert guidance in subject-specific curriculum design, development, and implementation.
      • Lead comprehensive curriculum review and development processes for designated subjects.
      • Foster partnerships with teachers and subject experts to enhance curriculum quality and relevance.
      • Develop and refine assessment strategies to measure student progress.
      • Evaluate alignment with national standards and best practices in curriculum design.

      Ideal Candidate Profile

      • Proven experience in curriculum leadership and development, particularly in primary education.
      • Strong background in project management, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
      • Expertise in subject-specific curriculum design (Language Arts, Life Skills, Social Sciences, Creative Arts, Visual Arts).
      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
      • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
      • Passion for innovative and learner-centred education.
      • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field.
