    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Packing Manager to join our team at {company}.

    The successful candidate will have a strong background in food production, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in packaging and at least 2 years in a management role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and manage the packing process to ensure efficient stock levels and meet model stock requirements.
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of packers, drivers, and other staff members.
    • Optimize packing efficiency and achieve OEE benchmarks.
    • Manage daily operations, including inventory control, quality assurance, and waste reduction.
    • Compile reports and provide updates on key performance indicators.
    • Ensure compliance with Company standards, health and safety regulations, and FSSC22000.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
    • Proficient in MS Office and supervisory/management training skills.
    • Own transport and ability to work shifts.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Resilient, agile, and able to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.

    Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
