Our client, a high-end restaurant based in Camps Bay, is looking for an experienced and attention-to-detail Restaurant Admin Manager to join their dynamic team.


As the Administrative Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the seamless functioning of the restaurant.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties including inventory management, HR and Payroll, supplier management, and general administrative tasks.

This position is to start ASAP.


Strict Requirements:

  • Grade 1
  • South African ID
  • MUST reside in Cape Town
  • MUST have own transport
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar leadership role in a highend restaurant or hospitality establishment.
  • Strong business acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and inventory management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Indepth knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and guest service standards.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software (GAAP POS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR and Payroll procedures, including labour laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary:
R20,000.00 per month
