    Internal Sales Representative

    We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Sales Representative to join our team in the Industrial Pump Manufacturing Industry, based in Boksburg.

    Key Requirements:

    • Prior experience in sales and procurement, specifically with pumps and pump components is essential.
    • A professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills are required.
    • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System is necessary.
    • Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of ERP systems is essential for success in this role.
    • A Matric qualification is required.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Purchasing pump components from suppliers.
    • Selling pump components and finished goods to clients.
    • Maintaining stock levels in our warehouse.
    • Servicing existing clients and responding to new sales inquiries from potential customers.
    • Following up on quotation processes and placing orders for clients as needed.
    • Generating invoices for clients in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Receiving, managing, and escalating customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

    Benefits:

    This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in the Industrial Pump Manufacturing Industry. The successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package, including up to R22,000 per month + Provident Fund & Medical Aid (After 3 months' probation).
