- Design effective training programs.
- Conduct workshops, individual training sessions etc.
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries.
- Support and mentor new employees.
- To provide theoretical and practical training for drivers.
- Practical evaluations of driver applicants.
- On-job training of new drivers and induction.
- Driving Tests for recruitment of new Code 8 and 14 heavy duty drivers.
- Annual continuation of training.
- Remedial training.
- Plan and facilitate classroom training.
- Train and evaluate all Code 14 heavy duty drivers.
- Maintain records of training done.
- Conduct driving performance evaluations.
- Accident remedial training.
- Providing input for the development, revision and evaluations of training material.
- Coaching and mentoring.
- Feedback to management on training / trainee performance / probation reviews.
