    Description
    Minimum Requirements:
    • B.Com in Accounting or equivalent from a SAICA accredited university.
    • Completion of SAICA articles.
    • High technical proficiency in IFRS, ISA, and Tax.
    • Experience with Caseware is advantageous.
    • Own transport and a Valid Driving License preferred.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Prepare financial statements in line with IFRS.
    • Conduct audits and review files to maintain audit quality.
    • Manage and oversee SAICA audit clerks.
    • Train and mentor SAICA trainees.
    • Lead the audit team and manage client relations.
    • Supervise multiple audit engagements and staff.
    • Liaise on matters related to audits.
    • Assist in the evaluation of audit procedures.
    • Produce detailed reports and oversee billing processes.
    • Ensure adherence to BVSA standards and manage fee structures.
    • Effectively manage working capital.
